When is the media going to get over Sarah Palin? The onslaught of personal destruction by the lefties and the media hasn’t stopped since she was nominated last week. All this negative chatter tells me the Liberals are scared beyond belief with her on John McCain’s ticket and they have every reason to be. Sarah Palin is a role model for every woman in this country. She didn’t get where she got in life being part of N.O.W. (National Organization of Whiners). She climbed her ladder of success through hard work, determination, and moral clarity. All of which are human elements the left in this country doesn’t deem worthy.

The latest media attempt to discredit Sarah Palin is an attack on her church and religious beliefs regarding homosexuality. The Chicago Sun Times ran a subtle, yet disparaging story yesterday titled Sarah Palin’s church hopes to ‘pray away the gay’ and convert homosexuals to heterosexuals Here’s an excerpt from the article. Gov. Sarah Palin’s church is promoting a conference that promises to convert gays into heterosexuals through the power of prayer.

‘‘You’ll be encouraged by the power of God’s love and His desire to transform the lives of those impacted by homosexuality,’’ according to the insert in the bulletin of the Wasilla Bible Church, where Palin has prayed for about six years.

Palin’s conservative Christian views have energized that part of the GOP electorate, which was lukewarm to John McCain’s candidacy before he named her as his vice presidential choice. She is staunchly anti-abortion, opposing exceptions for rape and incest, and opposes gay marriage and spousal rights for gay couples.

What in the world is wrong with praying for people in need other than the left despises prayer? Prayer is a wonderful way to cure the sick and help those in dire need of help and moral clarity. Did anyone stop to think many in the homosexual community might welcome prayer to help them fight their demons? I’d rather see people resort to the power of prayer than have them listen to the wild and hateful rantings of the Reverend Jerimiah Wright. I don’t recall the Chicago Sun Times, or any other MSM outlet, being this prompt writing articles about Barack Obama’s church and his hate-filled Reverend Wright’s Black Liberation, Anti-American, Anti-White theology. Come on now, who’s kidding who here? This is just another example of the liberal bias in today’s lefty infested media.
