Meet the face of Satan. This lone surviving Islamic terrorist who is responsible for hundreds of innocent human beings being slaughtered in Mumbai, India last week, is who the media and the far left Democrats in our country (i.e. Sen. Barbara Boxer (D), Sen. Richard Durbin (D), Sen. John Kerry (D), President-Elect Barack Obama (D), to name a few) want to extend America’s Constitutional rights to.
Through the courts, these very same liberals have made it literally unlawful for our CIA and military to aggressively interrogate evil such as this. These same foolish liberals have gone so far to have the harmless yet proven method of water boarding outlawed in our courts. They have even been successful in portraying Gitmo as a hell hole far worse than Devil’s Island, the notorious former French penal colony off the coast of French Guiana. These misguided politically motivated clowns even have the world believing George Bush, Dick Cheney, and Donald Rumsfeld are far more evil than the Islamic terrorist pictured above; when in fact, through their patriotism and efforts since 9/11, they have kept America safe. It’s simply incredible.
It’s not abnormal for clear thinking individuals to take pause with the incoming President and his fellow liberal congressional travelers when it relates to the horror we’ve all just witnessed in Mumbai, India. Just who’s side are these liberals on when they openly oppose logical methods of protecting innocent Americas from Islamic terrorist such as this? And what about the unlucky innocent American who happens to be randomly killed by one of these Islamic terrorists in some future act of terror? Will this innocent victim be considered nothing more than collateral damage to these bleeding heart Democrats who refuse to admit evil exists in our world today? Say a prayer for America if the Obama team hasn’t learned a valuable lesson from the Mumbai massacre.

Well, seeing as this didn’t happen in the United States, I’m not sure what you’re getting at. Our country was never directly threatened by this attack. Yes, American citizens were, but there’s most likely an American in every major city in the world at this very moment.
Also, torture has been proven to be ineffective at getting credible information. Take a look at the story of Henry Kolm, who extracted a great deal of information from Hitler’s deputy, Rudolf Hess. How did he do it? By playing Chess with him.

Am I reading your comment correctly and is it my imagination that you appear to be sticking up for the bad guys? I hope I’m wrong. You don’t seem to be grasping the content of my post. Regarding your link to the Washington Post Article. Very interesting article but not unlike the New York Times, The WP sticks up for the bad guys most of the time too.
This has nothing to do with the New York Times – The story of Henry Kolm is historical fact. That it was not in an “approved” publication for you makes no difference. And I’m not sticking up for the bad guys; I’m trying to stress that using the methods of interrogation that enact torture do not work. You can gain a great deal of information without pulling out someone’s fingernails or waterboarding them.
We should absolutely try to extract information from our enemies, but if an American soldier or citizen was tortured in an interrogation we’d be up in arms about it. Why should it be different for an enemy from another country? That’d be like saying it’s OK to beat your wife, but as soon as she hits you back it’s unacceptable.
Your analogy is ridiculous, Ron. Beating your wife and war are so far apart from this argument. I am not a scholar or warrior so I think that trusting those who are more knowledgable than I with my well-being is a safe bet. I would rather get behind my military when things get tough than a bunch of journalists. People all over the world are lying, cheating, stealing, praying and begging to get into the United States. I don’t think any of them would change their mind because our military professionals have determined to use waterboarding as a way to keep us safer. We don’t know the whole story and probably never will. I, for one, don’t need to… just keep on keeping me safe. (NO TERRORIST ATTACKS SINCE 9/11)
