Yesterday’s Raleigh Tax Day Tea Party held on the steps of the State Capitol Building was a huge success. I’m not good at estimating crowd sizes, but I would guesstimate up to 4,000 concerned Americans were in attendance letting their voices be heard. It will be interesting to read or hear how many attended this event from the local main street media here in Raleigh.

A special thank-you goes out to event organizer and mom, Melodye Aben who headed up this outstanding event. Hopefully, this will be the first of many more Tea Party’s to be held in America. We cannot stop the movement now so let’s hope this will be the new version of that famous shot heard around the world.
