That would be “bye bye, my friend“. That after a 5 minute private conversation with the man to wrap up a three day meeting with Western Hemisphere leaders.

Given his predisposition to people like Ayers, Rezko, Jeremiah Wright, Father Pfleger, having a 5 minute conversation with a thug like Chavez and calling the man friend as he parts should be a susprise only to the clueless.

It’s a telling juxtaposition. Obama and his suppporters distancing themselves from Tea party participants while openly embracing the likes of Hugo Chavez.
