Why Miss California Became Runner-Up

Miss North Carolina Kristen Dalton was crowned Miss American Sunday evening but it was runner up Miss California who go the spotlight because of her heartfelt and well-reasoned answer to the flamboyant and extremely offensive gay Hollweird blogger, Perez Hilton. Good God. What on earth was Donald Trump thinking when he selected Perez Hilton to be a judge for what use to be a wholesome family event?

When asked by judge Perez Hilton, an openly gay gossip blogger, whether she believed in gay marriage, Miss California, Carrie Prejean, said “We live in a land where you can choose same-sex marriage or opposite. And you know what, I think in my country, in my family, I think that I believe that a marriage should be between a man and a woman. No offense to anybody out there, but that’s how I was raised.”

Immediately following the pageant, the offended Hilton skipped back to his hotel room and posted a very gay ranting video blog. Listen to this screwball blather on like an offended little girl. It would be interesting to know if Hilton’s mother and father are proud of their little boy? And furthermore, what ever happened to what we as Christians are taught in the Bible about marriage and morality? Someone please pinch me when this nightmare in America is over.
