The objective of this blog is to present a generous mix of posts related to current events, politics, social awareness, humor, satire, entertainment, faith, and anything else I feel like writing about. It is my intention that no matter what the content of this blog may be, we can all benefit from what we read and possibly learn something new in the process.
I believe in the ideals of capitalism and the many rewards it offers those who choose to pursue the American dream. Nothing can stop the impetus of hard work and determination. I prefer true individual equality and less government over the Liberal Nirvana of enforced equality and too much government which has a long historical track record of failure. If left unchecked and allowed to fester; enforced equality, big government, taxes, class warfare, abortion, and political correctness will destroy our great nation. Liberalism is a cancer which is destroying the fabric of our society and needs to be stopped dead in its tracks.
Borrowing a phrase from radio personality Andrew Wilkow, “I consider myself a patriot first, a conservative second, and a Republican third.” I’m very much disgusted with the far-left radical agenda in our country along with all of their anti-American discourse. I am also very much dismayed with the RINO politicians in congress who’ve abandoned their conservative values and are in lockstep with the Liberal majority. We truly need to clean house on both sides of the congressional isle and rid ourselves of the career politicians who are out of touch with the core values of all Americans.
I fully support our military and its current mission throughout the world. Furthermore, I honor the brave men and women who have sacrificed so much to defend our country in this war as well as previous wars. I very respectively pay tribute to those who have made the ultimate sacrifice while defending our freedoms. America has a proud military tradition and is truly the land of the free and the home of the brave.
